Lindsay Corcoran has been practicing family law since 2008. She has been an attorney for John F. Schutz, P.L. since 2013 and limits her practice exclusively to marital and family law. Before working at John F. Schutz, P.L., she was employed as a family law attorney at Brydger & Porras, L.L.P., which devoted its practice exclusively to marital and family law. Mrs. Corcoran’s wealth of experience working solely with Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorneys and Fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for over 14 years brings a rich pedigree of experience and knowledge that serves our clients well.
Ms. Corcoran is married to Kelly Corcoran, a partner at Ball Janik, L.L.P., and lives with her husband and two beautiful children in Windermere, Florida. Since Mr. Corcoran’s transfer to the Orlando, Florida, area Mrs. Corcoran has worked remotely. Given that we are a paperless office, her ability to work remotely is seamless, and she may be reached by telephone through our main office. Mrs. Corcoran’s remote work includes strategy, drafting, legal research, and attending videoconference meetings, hearings and depositions. The remote working conditions foisted on us by quarantines have proven that Mrs. Corcoran’s remote work for the firm is rather effortless.
