Eddie Stephens and RT White to Present Epic Case Law Update CLE November 10th

On November 10, 2016 R.T White and Eddie Stephens will team up once again for their 7th annual Family Law Case Update. Both Mr. White and Mr. Stephens are not only board certified family law attorneys but also trained entertainers. This will be one of the most entertaining CLE’s the family section offers.

As stated by Family Law Section Chair, Laura Davis Smith, “Very few people can deliver the substance along with the fun; these two can.”

Participants will receive 2 Marital and Family Law Certification Hours and 1/2 ethics credit and be treated to an update of published Florida family law since January 1, 2016. This two hour presentation will include a discussion of recent case law tackling a wide-range of topics, including, but not limited to, alimony, parenting, relocation, equitable distribution, child support, paternity, enforcement, modification, attorney’s fees, contempt, procedure, and ethics.
