Although recent trends have shown that divorce rates are declining across the country, there are still areas with relatively high instances of marital dissolution. Real estate intelligence company, FindTheHome, recently put together a list of cities across the country ranked by total percentage of divorce. Of the 77 towns named “divorce capitals,” the state of Florida had the highest number of cities on the list (14) followed by Ohio (7). In addition, Florida was also ranked as one of the most stressed states in the country by finance website, Wallethub.
